I grew up in New Jersey and started playing the guitar at the age of 14. I added the keyboards in my early twenties, regularly playing at my Grandmother’s church and performing with local bands at musical engagements along the East coast. Renowned artists Al Di Meola, George Duke, Dexter Wansel, and Kool & The Gang were a big inspiration.
When I went into the US Airforce, I got away from the music scene but quickly returned to my love and passion after I got out. I put together a few bands—Karma, Karma Zone and Nujackcity, and I enjoyed great success. I started playing again with a vengeance, this time experimenting with my own music.
While working in Fort Morgan, Colorado, I still had a great desire to play music but I couldn’t find any bands to play with so I bought some small studio gear and this ignited a bigger passion to play my own music.
The move to Colorado gave me the vision to become Q-Factor and to put together Q-Factor Entertainment. I thank God because I feel my music is a God given talent that produces a sound that I feel speaks to the heart and soul of every man and woman. In a world of turmoil……we need peace and to come together!
